CRAVEN HALL SKIN REPLACEMENT FEASIBILITY STUDY

This project consisted on examining existing exterior wall construction to help determine causes of water intrusion, extent of water damage on existing framing, study the as-constructed installation of window openings, detection of the presence of hazardous materials and make recommendations for the remediation of exterior wall issues.

COMMONS CUSTODIAL EXPANSION

This project consisted on converting existing CSUSM bookstore storage, and offices into a new custodial locker room, renovated inventory storage and racks, upgraded restrooms, brand new break room area, upgraded high pile storage areas and associated support offices.

ELEVATOR UPGRADE FEASIBILITY STUDY

This project consists on conducting a detailed survey study of all the existing accessible equipment to determine its condition, remaining service life, and potential for reuse. Provide a written report documenting the survey results and make appropriate recommendations.

COUGAR STUDENT PANTRY

This project consists on converting an existing campus cafe into a new student pantry project. Addition of secured food storage, managers offices, pantry layout with supermarket racks and refrigerators for beverages and perishables, area for fresh vegetables and a small meeting space to review student needs with counselors.

PASS OFFICE RENOVATION

This project consisted on converting an existing open office area into private offices and meeting rooms for the PASS department of CSUSM.
