The project consist of three phases totaling approximately 90,000 SF. Demolition of existing cold rooms and Installation of new cold rooms, laboratories, glass wash, offices, packaging warehouse as well as new structural mezzanine and generator yard.

New 140,000-square-foot manufacturing facility will support viral and gene therapy production at the 1000-liter scale using its proprietary single-use equipment. The expansion is a continued investment in viral and gene therapies from clinical to commercial scale for MilliporeSigma. The construction consists of 11 new viral vector manufacturing labs, warehouse, offices, equipment mezzanine and utility yard.
